Michael began his franchising career at Coca-Cola North America, where he supported bottlers across a five-state region. Working directly with local operators gave him a strong foundation in scaling systems, improving execution, and supporting owner-led businesses.
Over the past 15+ years, Michael has held leadership roles including Business Coach, Key Accounts Manager, Training Manager, and Vice President of Operations within large, multi-unit home services franchise systems. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with franchise owners to strengthen operations, develop leadership teams, and drive long-term performance.
